Double block and bleed-Pipping

AS-Schneider Taurus Series Double Block & Bleed Piping Ball Valves – Twin Ball Design are available with a lot of options. The Taurus Series are basically Full Bore Valves but are also available as Reduced Bore Design. Primary and Secondary Isolation Valve are, as standard, ball type valves with Floating Ball or Trunnion Ball Design, the bleed valve can be provided as integral needle type valve with screwed or flanged bonnet as well as flanged valves like ball valves, Double Block & Bleed Valves (VariAS-Blocks) or Monoflanges. Standard Flange Connections acc. to ASME B 16.5. The Taurus Series are also available as Block & Bleed Type.

AS-Schneider 5 Valve Integral Manifolds – Traditional Style are designed for direct mounting to Rosemount 2051/3051 CoplanarTM Pressure Transmitters. The standard vent connection is 1/4 NPT female. Pipe plugs are not installed as standard. Accessory Kits can be supplied for oval flange to manifold mounting.

Manifolds with Standard Flow Pattern or

AS-Schneider Direct Mount 5 Valve Manifolds (Traditional Style) are designed for direct mounting to Differential Pressure Transmitters with standard flange connection in accordance with DIN EN 61518 / IEC 61518. The standard vent connection is 1/4 NPT female. Pipe plugs are not installed as standard. Accessory kits incl. washers are required for manifold to transmitter mounting, because the manifolds are provided with slotted bolt holes.

Direct Mounted Manifold

Manifolds – Female x Flanged

AS-Schneider Direct Mount 3 Valve Manifolds (Wafer Style) are designed for direct mounting to Differential Pressure Transmitters with standard flange connection in accordance with DIN EN 61518 / IEC 61518. The standard 3 valve manifold type W3A has no vent connections. Pipe plugs are installed as standard at the W3B type with vent connection 1/4 NPT female.
